FSU Tech Connect: Student Technology Services (STS) and ...

The STS store is moving in early August 2012 from the West building to to room 108 in the Rankin Student Services Center (across from the Art Gallery). The hours of operation will continue to be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.?

The services provided at Rankin Center will include:

• Repairs/upgrades of student computers
• Repairs of employee's personally owned computers
• Software and networking hardware sales to students and employees for home/personal use
• Pick up and drop off of University owned mobile communication devices (MCD) (smartphones)

If you are in doubt of where to go or who to call in Information Technology Services, start with the Technology Assistance Center (231) 591-4822, first. They will direct you to the correct location or group to get you the help you need.
